Your new role
You will be the Electrical Supervisor / Commissioning Manager of the new solar plant and you will manage, supervise and realise the construction of the Electrical System of the solar plant and the related grid interconnection works of the project. You will assure a safe, reliable, and high quality implementation of the construction works, including all electrical installations on site, manage and create the commissioning plan of the project, coordinate the commissioning teams from suppliers to sub contractors, execute testing of the solar power plant, and align with grid operators, utilities, external parties and authorities.
Your responsibilities will include among others:
To manage, supervise and realise the construction of the Electrical System of the solar plant and the related grid interconnection works of our international projects.
Quality assurance for the complete electrical installation (main electrical DC/AC, LV/MV/HV components, and communication/SCADA systems)
Management of international and local sub-contractors and suppliers
Interface with inhouse and external project stakeholders
Managing built documentation of Electrical System
Early-stage and final planning of Testing and Commissioning of the project
Create and maintain, the project’s documentation defining the Testing and Commissioning processes and procedures
Coordinate all the activities from all suppliers’ and subcontractors’ commissioning teams for both Cold and Hot Commissioning period.
To manage and solve issues until 100% plant availability and successful achievement of PAC
Responsible for the project Electrical System handover process to O&M and/or Client
Work closely as a team with the Team head ESCM and Construction Managers
Support the designated Project Manager
What you'll need to succeed
You have electrical engineering background, with strong solar and/or EPC or wind experience, with significant site management experience, including testing and experience in the commissioning phase.
You have the ability to manage complex projects, have a systematic organisational approach, strong communication skills and possess the technical understanding of solar PV including contract management experience.
You have all the mandatory electrical construction and HSE certifications, according to local national regulations and/or associations, in order to be allowed to work in a PV plant, including any related MV/HV grid infrastructure and to be able to perform the above-mentioned tasks. You will be willing to attend the corresponding trainings, and acquire the related certifications, in case they are expired.
Qualifications
Academic degree in electrical engineering, electronics, renewable energy, or related fields of study
Electrical Certification/Accreditation and/or Professional Registration for Responsible Engineer for Electrical Installation according to National Legislation and Norms.
At least 4 years of work experience in Electrical Systems installation site management, preferably with a focus on ground mounted PV systems
Strong technical knowledge of electrical codes and other associated standards used in indoor and outdoor electrical installations, with an expertise in PV projects and Grid related works.
Ability to document and report job progress clearly

You will be the the Junior Design Engineer and you will be responsible to take care of cable systems design and engineering. What you'll need to succeed:
You have an engineering background ideally in electrical engineering, or in mechanical or thermal engineering and you have designing experience in the cable industry. You will also need to be fluent in both German and English.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualifications:
Master Degree in Electrical Engineering (Thermal or Mechanical as second options)
Full proficiency in both written and spoken English and German
Minimum Experience:
2year specific experience in HVDC cable business.
Experience in design and engineering of High Voltage cables and systems and basic knowledge of the cable installation process.

• Review and comment on the realisation of electrical drawings prior to the commence of construction.
• Coordinate with the electrical designers and grid managers for the correct implementation of the design, specifications, and requirements for the construction of a complete solar plant, including any related grid works.
• Find out, list, and monitor the fulfilment of all relevant codes and standards of the respective scope.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors during design and execution of projects in cooperation with the on-site team.
• Coordinate and align with the on-site electrical manager of the subcontractor and resolve any clarifications on the realisation design, and on the specifications of materials and components.
• Contact, manage and coordinate external freelancers for electrical related works, testing and activities of the project.
• Daily on-site supervision of the electrical works of the project.

Your new role

Your new role
You will be the Project Quality Manager responsible for the planning and implementation of quality measures within the project, the coordination and monitoring of the quality assurance measures according to the project requirements, the scope of the project (including design, production, land installation), the company specifications, contractual requirements and the corresponding standards and regulations.
Your responsibilities will include among others:
Coordination and preparation of a project quality plan, a quality map and project quality processes to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and the standards and regulations
Cooperation with the manufacturing plants in monitoring and ensuring product quality, as well as compliance with customer-specific requirements
Assessment of the suitability of suppliers and subcontractors, as well as review of their quality plans, quality activities and delivered quality documents to ensure that they meet the quality requirements of the project
Planning and implementation of quality training measures within the project team
Monitoring of process flows as well as planning and execution of quality audits for project sequences/measures, production sites, suppliers and subcontractors
Manage, track customer quality checks, non-conformities, complaints, etc.
Management, coordination and monitoring of inspectors or QM personnel and relevant construction site activities
Provision of regular project data analyses (e.B: project objectives, performance data, non conformities, complaints and lessons learned) and corresponding reports
